Bay Village Karratha FIFO Accommodation Refinancing

Tetris Capital is pleased to have supported DIF Capital Partners as financial advisor on the successful refinancing of the Bay Village Karratha FIFO Accommodation Project. Tetris successfully refinanced approximately $85 million of senior debt through a full tenor, low-cost, fully hedged senior debt facility from lead underwriter MUFG, taking advantage of the asset’s robust operational performance.
South Australian Schools 2 PPP Refinancing
Tetris Capital acted as financial advisor for TESA Education, on the refinancing of the SA Schools 2 PPP Project. Tetris Capital successfully refinanced circa $245M via a use-of-proceeds sustainability loan from ANZ.

TESA Education, a consortium of Tetris Capital, Sarah Constructions, ISS, DIF and ANZ reached financial close on the South Australian Schools PPP Project in December 2019. The consortium will finance, design, build and maintain two birth to year 12 public schools in the Adelaide suburbs of Aldinga and Angle Vale.
University of Tasmania - PBSA Transaction
Tetris Capital advised DIF on the long-term lease of approximately 1,800 student beds from the University of Tasmania.
University of Tasmania - PBSA2 Transaction
Acting as both financial advisor and developer, Tetris Capital oversaw and financed construction of the facility on behalf of UTAS, using a mixture of bank debt and construction equity through a mezzanine finance arrangement with a non-bank listed property fund.
